Introduction of Fence Mesh Welding Machine
The Fence Mesh Welding Machine is a new, highly automated wire mesh welding equipment developed by our company. It incorporates advanced electromechanical control and resistance welding technology (including fusion and spot welding) refined in recent years, and is tailored to meet the needs of the domestic market.Featuring a modular structural design, this machine facilitates future upgrades and functional modifications, providing flexibility to adapt to customers' evolving requirements.
According to its structure, it is divided into seven main sections: longitudinal wire hopper automatic feeding, automatic material arranging, main mesh welding machine, transverse wire hopper automatic dropping, cyclic mesh pulling system, automatic bending machine (online bending), fence mesh stacking system. It features a novel design, a robust machine frame, and user-friendly operation, offering high cost-effectiveness.
Features of Fence Mesh Welding Machine
1. The motor provides flexible welding pressure for the intersection of longitudinal and transverse/ wires. Compared with a domestic brand of compressed air powered welding equipment, it has stable welding, less spatter, fast welding speed, low initial investment, operation and maintenance cost and low noise in the plant.
2. The mechanical reciprocating mesh drawing saves the workshop space for mesh production and improves the dimensional accuracy of mesh.
3. The horizontal blanking hopper can move to the mesh outlet direction as a whole, which provides operation space for equipment adjustment and greatly improves the adjustment efficiency when changing the mesh specification.
4.The electrical distribution cabinet adopts PLC programmable control system to make the control process more accurate.
5. The automatic feeding device is a mechanism that replaces manual wire placement during mesh panel production. Workers place pre-straightened and cut wires on the automatic feeding platform. The device, driven by motor power, then transports the wires into the storage bin of the material increase hopper.
6. Following the automatic feeding process, pre-straightened and cut wires are placed into the storage bin of the material increase hopper. The rotation of the wire-gripping disc, driven by motor power, achieves the wire dropping and arranging action. The dropped wires automatically fall into the limit grooves, thereby saving labor.
7. As the core component for mesh panel forming, the main welding machine utilizes high-conductivity chrome-zirconium-copper blocks, offering superior wear resistance.
8. Controlled by PLC, the transverse wire hopper uses a motor to drive the rotation of the wire-gripping disc, accomplishing the wire dropping action.
9. The mesh pulling cart moves back and forth within its travel range to perform the mesh drawing action. This reduces welding resistance and saves space.
10. Automatic bending enables highly efficient and continuous operation. It eliminates the need for offline transfer and secondary positioning, seamlessly connecting with the previous process to achieve automated flow. This significantly improves production efficiency while avoiding the safety risks associated with manual handling.
11. After finish welding, mesh stacking unit will catch and lift the mesh and stack on cart automatically. Servo motor control the mesh lifting. Servo motor control the mesh moving out.
